I think it’s a lot of fun to mix and match, especially when it comes to your clothing and accessories. What I did with this look is I dressed up what would be a normally very casual look by simply adding some major costume jewelry bling. I find jewelry like this at flea markets and thrift stores. With this maxi skirt and a simple black tank top, I think the jewelry really livens it up. I wore Forever 21 bow flats that are basically like my staple when it comes to daytime flats and then switched it to my black suede, Prada pumps for night-time glam. What do you guys think of this look?

I am a big fan of eco-friendly products and think that going green will become a staple in the lives of most in upcoming years. Joining the list of brands that are designing eco-friendly products is Gucci. As part of Copenhagen Fashion Summit, creative director, Frida Gianninihas, has created a line of shoes made out of biodegradable plastic. How neat! For all you men out their green with envy, you can pick up a pair of eco-friendly Gucci sneakers as well. The women and men’s shoes are part of the new ”Sustainable Soles” collection. What is better than looking hot while helping the environment? The pre-fall collection will be available to us all at the end of June. So gorgeous!

Although most girls love a fierce pump, a simple flat can do just the trick to liven up a spring outfit. I am not one to recommend flats for night life but for a stroll in Central Park or for young ladies going to school or work, flats are a must-have!
